I just typed about 5 paragraphs and then lost them for some reason!!! Not happy about that. So...I'm not going to retype it all. I'm in a growly mood anyways as still not able to sleep properly--which I explained in probably too much detail in the post I lost.
So, to make a long story short, the only thing I'm going to retype are my goals for the evening--raising the head of my bed by a few inches, and making sure I open a window in the spare bedroom. Hopefully the combination of the two will help provide me with a peaceful and deep sleep.
Also, I commented on my pride in getting to work early or on time the last two days. One of my top 10 key priorities right now.
