Weekly Intention - Breathe

Thanks to Andrea for the reminder of setting a weekly intention!

For this week, what came to me when thinking of what I need this week was...

B   R   E   A   T   H   E


- Breathe in the fresh, crisp, fall air.
- Breathe while walking every day with my dog--a new daily intention
- Breathe while I sleep (I might not be doing that too well--checking if I have sleep apnea).
- Breathe before taking the first fearful step into...whatever scares me.
- Breathe in relaxation
- Breathe in gratitude
- Breathe in joy
- Breathe...
